Financial Update

GGI Expenditures by Category

Child sponsorships have always been a foundation of GGI’s work and mission and we continue to support hundreds of children giving them hope for a better future.

As we continue to support our ministry and outreach work in Africa and Haiti, GGI strives for fiscal responsibility and to send as much as possible of your donations and giving as possible to our overseas projects.

In fact, 100% of all “Designated Giving” goes directly to the designation! GGI raises non-designated money to help pay for the low overhead and expenses we do have. Overall, for every dollar given to GGI, 1.3% goes to credit card fees and 2.4% goes to GGI expenses. That is probably the lowest non-profit overhead you’ll find anywhere and we’re working on making it even better in 2019!

$40 Sponsorships in 2019

GGI sponsored widow

Starting in 2019, all new child sponsorships will be increased to $40. This is necessary due to the inflation and growing economies in Uganda and Haiti. Our current child sponsorship giving is unable to cover all of the expenses of providing quality education, uniforms, meals, and support for the children we are helping.

Current sponsors have the option of increasing their monthly giving or staying where they are and we will find alternative monies to make up the difference. We hope you understand this increase as we continue to fulfill our mission.

GGI is operated by 100% volunteers!

Thank you GGI sponsors and supporters. You ARE making a difference!

Those of us working and volunteering at Grace Giving International spend a lot of time in The Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). Although many of you may know where DRC is on the map, you may not be aware of the incredible need the people in this country have for basic staples such as food and clothing.

Getting an education is an important step in creating better lives for those less fortunate. In 3rd world countries like Uganda, school is not always easily accessible, or feasible on a daily basis. It is our mission at Grace Giving International to help as many as we can obtain the education they need to help make their futures brighter. Read to learn more.

Whether you are a first-time donor, frequent donor, or beginning to consider giving a donation to Grace Giving International, know that when you do give, your contribution goes to those struggling with extreme poverty and a myriad of unfortunate issues. At GGI, we are making great strides to help many poverty-stricken African populations. And thanks to generous donations from people like you, we can continue to make progress. Right now, over 10% of the global population (over 700 million people) do not have enough food to eat, have limited or no access to safe drinking water, and cannot financially afford to send their children to school. These populations are far more vulnerable to diseases that have already been wiped out in the developed world. Fortunately, when you give to GGI, you help to reduce poverty, help prevent diseases, and contribute to opportunities to build more schools and churches. The following provides a deeper look into how donating to GGI can make a huge difference:
